Jesus was baptised. Jesus commanded His followers to be baptised. From the very first days of the church, water baptism has been the outward step of obedience for every follower of Jesus.
Going under the water is a picture of dying with Christ — leaving behind the old life. Coming up is a picture of rising with Him — walking in newness of life. It doesn't save you; it publicly declares that you are saved.

On the Day

Arrive Early
Get there 30 min before the service starts. Check in with the baptism team.

Change & Get Ready
Change into your baptism clothes and store your things in the room provided.

Share Your Story
You'll have a chance to briefly share what Jesus has done. No pressure — even one sentence works.

Be Baptised
Pastor lowers you under the water and raises you up — a picture of dying and rising with Christ.

Celebrate
Family, friends, and the church family cheer you on. Photos, hugs, and cake.
